Digital purchases are available straight away. Masterclasses appear in your account under Masterclasses, and gift cards are sent by email.

We don’t ship products ourselves. When you buy from Nikki’s kit, you complete your purchase on the retailer’s site, and they handle delivery, returns and stock.

Prices show in pounds, euros or US dollars depending on where you are. You can change your country at the bottom of any page. Any tax is shown clearly before you pay.

The Nikki Makeup Masterclass is an online learning platform created by global makeup artist Nikki Wolff. The masterclasses have been designed by Nikki based on the questions she gets asked by her followers, fused with the desire to truly help people elevate their makeup skills. You can choose Gold or Platinum for access to the full library, or buy Series 4 on its own, as the complete series or as individual episodes. Each masterclass is a high-definition tutorial developed and hosted by Nikki, where she walks you through every look in step-by-step detail.

From bridal to date night makeup, to full glam looks such as Nikki’s Signature Smoked Out Winged Liner and Graphic Eye, Nikki talks through all her signature tips and tricks, many of which she has never shared before.

Gold gives you Series 1 to 4 for 12 months. Platinum includes everything in Gold, plus every live masterclass, past and future, and early access to live tickets, product launches and events.

Series 4 is available as the complete series or as individual episodes. Series 1 to 3 are included in Gold and Platinum.

12 months from purchase. It’s a one-off payment with no subscription, and nothing renews automatically.

You can watch any time during your 12-month access period, on your computer, tablet or phone. Just log in, select Account at the top right, then Masterclasses. You can pause a masterclass at any point and pick up where you left off. Masterclasses are streamed online and can’t be downloaded.

The easiest way is with a Nikki Makeup gift card. Choose an amount from 25 to 250 in your currency, and the gift card is sent by email, ready to pass on. Your giftee can spend it on any masterclass, including Gold, Platinum and Series 4. More than one gift card can be used at checkout, so they can be combined for a bigger gift.

Unfortunately, refunds aren’t available once you’ve purchased a masterclass. This includes any part of your 12-month access period that goes unused, or masterclasses you weren’t able to watch before your access ended. This is confirmed in your receipt of purchase and our Terms and Conditions.
