Terms & Conditions

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms set out how you may use nikkimakeup.com and buy our masterclasses and event tickets. Please take a moment to read them.

01

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of nikkimakeup.com and your purchase of masterclasses and event tickets from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order or creating an account.

By using the site or buying from us, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

02

About us

nikkimakeup.com is operated by Nikki Makeup Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13364452). Our registered office is 15 Canfield Place, London NW6 3BT. Our VAT number is GB 391912480. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Nikki Makeup Ltd; "you" and "your" mean the person using the site or placing an order.

You can reach us at contact@nikkimakeup.com.

03

Eligibility & your account

You must be 18 or over to place an order or hold an account. Anyone under 18 may watch masterclasses with the permission of the account holder, who is responsible for how their access is used.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

04

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send an acknowledgement by email, but a contract is only formed once we confirm that access to your masterclass has been granted or your booking has been confirmed.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a place or access is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to authorise payment. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

05

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. UK prices include VAT where applicable. If you are outside the UK, any VAT or local sales tax due on digital content such as masterclasses will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken in full at the point of order through our secure payment providers. Occasionally an item may be mispriced; where the correct price is higher, we will contact you before granting access so you can choose to proceed or cancel.

06

Digital delivery

Masterclasses are delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed, you will get access through your account and by email. Nothing is posted to you. Access is usually immediate. If you have not received it within 24 hours, contact us at contact@nikkimakeup.com.

07

Cancellations & refunds

Masterclasses are digital content that you can start watching straight away. By checking out you are confirming that you want immediate access and understand that you lose your right to cancel once you start streaming. Because of that, we cannot refund a masterclass once you have started watching it because you have changed your mind.

If you have not started streaming, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Email contact@nikkimakeup.com.

We will always put things right if a masterclass will not play or cannot be accessed and we cannot fix it, if it is not as described, or if you were charged twice or in error. Your legal rights are not affected.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days. Event tickets are covered in section 09.

08

Masterclasses & digital content

Masterclasses and other digital content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may stream them through your account, but may not copy, download, record, share your login, resell or publicly screen them.

Access. When you buy a masterclass you can watch it for 12 months. If we withdraw a class during that period, we will offer you an equivalent class or a refund for the unused portion.

Immediate access. Masterclasses start as soon as you buy them. Please see section 07 for how this affects your right to cancel.

Translations. Many masterclasses include AI-generated translations (subtitles). These are provided to help you follow along and may contain errors or unnatural phrasing.

Streaming. Masterclasses are streamed through Vimeo. You are responsible for a compatible device and internet connection. If you have a technical issue, contact us and we will put it right.

09

Live events

Event tickets are subject to availability and to any additional terms shown at the time of booking. Tickets are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise.

If we cancel or materially reschedule an event, we will offer you a transfer or a full refund of the ticket price. We are not responsible for related travel or accommodation costs.

10

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, photography, video, the Nikki Makeup name and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it without our written permission, except as needed to browse and shop in the ordinary way.

11

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or copying content for resale. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

12

Techniques & safety

Our masterclasses show makeup techniques and products. They are for general guidance only. Always follow the instructions and ingredient list of any product you use, patch test before first use, and seek professional advice if you have a known sensitivity or allergy.

13

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from not following the safety guidance in section 12.

14

Privacy & your data

We handle your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of your order applies to that order, and material changes will be noted with a revised date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of your home country.
